Lakishya Bell and Tanika Williams are the
Owners, of The Dream Team Transitional Housing.Inc

They are both dedicated to advocate for individuals and families in transition, with a passion for creating supportive environments that foster growth and stability. As the owners of The Dream Team Transitional Housing Inc. The two brings over 7 years of experience in social and healthcare services.

With a background in Social Work and Nursing experience, Tanika and Lakishya  understands the challenges faced by those navigating homelessness and seeks to provide not just shelter but a pathway to a better future. Under their leadership, The Dream Team Transitional Housing will become a haven for all populations served, offering not only housing but also access to essential resources, counseling, and job training programs.

Both Tanika and Lakishya believes in the power of community and collaboration, working closely with local organizations, volunteers, and government agencies to create comprehensive support systems for residents. Their commitment to building a compassionate community is evident in the success stories of those who have transitioned from The Dream Team Transitional Housing to permanent housing and self-sufficiency.

In addition to their work in transitional housing, Lakishya and Tanika are active members of The Continuum of Care (CoC) advocating for policies that address homelessness and affordable housing. 

For Lakishya and Tanika, the journey of each resident is a testament to resilience and hope, and they are proud to be part of their stories.
